WATER AND SEWERAGE WORKS
We strive in building Sewer and non-sewer sanitation infrastructure across the country in projects development through intra-sector, cross-sector and inter- governmental coordination support by our projects development teams with technical backstopping support through operational quality assurance and control by ensuring we have strategic communication while tracking our critical sewer and non-sewer sanitation infrastructure projects development.

While carrying out sewer and non-sewer sanitation services we put in place and ensures compliance on set regulations and standards to promote consumer protection by all cadres of works from our clientele of water service providers and non-sewer sanitation service providers concerned.
This sub-sector aims at promotion of hygienic conditions and healthy environments by planning, financing and developing infrastructure for proper sludge management and wastewater disposal we have been contracted to carry out by our clients.
We strive to deliver this in an effective and efficient financing manner while in delivering our mandate.

We are a NCA 1 registered firm that aims to provide reliable infrastructure for sustainable economic growth and development countrywide. We aim to have an effective oversight and coordination of planning, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of the mandated road network which we are assigned to. We have and upgrade our heavy road machinery to be in line with the ever- changing client demands as well as environmental impact.
Our core mandate is:
- Maintenance and Development of National Roads, Urban Roads and Rural Roads
- Development and Maintenance of Airstrips
- We are soon venturing and investing in the Axle load enforcement category.

Since inception our success in development is decided at its planning and inception stages, where market dynamics are studied to ascertain the demand gaps within the market which, if correctly targeted, will result in high levels of end user uptake, this being a prerequisite for a successful development.
We deploy data driven approaches to establishing market gaps for clientele projects within the geographical sphere in order to perfectly align projects to the market. This has resulted in Nightigale recording some of the highest development uptake in the market, even in economic downturns.
As a result of building works we are certified as a NCA1 in Electrical works and with Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) thus enabling us to have a seamless one stop shop to our clientele. This has enabled us to be efficient and effective in rolling out of projects.
